Summer or Winter, Day or night, if you decide to spend your time home to relax, Cyprus has the solution! DVD Shops are scattered in almost every neighbourhood in Cyprus. Recently, 24 hours DVD shops are also opening where you can rent DVD’s through vending machines. All types of movies in Regions 1 and 2 are found in the shops. The rental price depends on the DVD shop that you are a member of and the number of days you rent it. Usually its 1 pound for 24 hours for the new movies, and 0.50 £ for the older ones. Membership at most DVD shops is for free as long as you show your identity card.
